About Us
Established in 2003, Double Blessing's all started with a need for a good soap that wouldn't dry out the skin, and a lotion that would actually work! We wanted to use the incredible properties of goat's milk, since it is so beneficial for the skin. So what did we do? We bought our first goats! After much trial and error, we came up with a product that we believe is far superior and better for your skin than anything you can buy in a mass merchandise store. All of our goats are milked by hand, and all of our products are made in small batches (also by hand) to ensure you are getting only the finest.
So why goat's milk?
Consider this: Goat's milk is similar to the human skin, and it naturally contains capricylic acid. Capricylic acid helps remove bacteria from the skin, while at the same time doesn't remove the natural moisture. So our soap cleanses, but doesn't dry you out! Goat's milk also naturally contains alpha-hydroxy acid (the wrinkle fighter!) which has rejuvenating effects on the skins' reconstructing collagen fibers, and it enhances it's moisture retention.
